To make the payment of an order, in PADEL5, we have available the following ways:
- Credit or Debit Card: if you choose to pay by credit or debit card, before finalizing the purchase, a new page will open showing the payment gateway with La Caixa, the financial institution with which the transaction will be carried out. La Caixa will require the necessary card information to proceed with the payment. Once the transaction is completed, La Caixa returns you to our website, where, if everything is correct, you will be notified that the purchase has been successfully completed.
- Bizum: if you select Bizum as a payment method, before finalizing the purchase, a new page will open showing the payment gateway with La Caixa, the financial institution with which the transaction will be carried out. La Caixa will ask you to enter your phone number and the Bizum key received by SMS, to proceed with the payment. Once the transaction is completed, La Caixa returns you to our website, where, if everything has been correct, you will be notified that the purchase has been successfully completed.
Paypal: by choosing this payment method, when the order is confirmed, you will be redirected to the Paypal payment platform, one of the most secure payment methods in the market. (This method has a 3% commission). Once the payment is completed, Paypal returns it to our website, where if everything has been correct you will be notified that the purchase has been successfully completed.
Bank Transfer or Bank Deposit: when choosing bank transfer as payment method, at the end of the purchase you will be informed of the account number and the necessary data to make the transfer. It is very important that in the concept of the transfer appears the number of your order, when we check that everything is correct we will begin to prepare it. Please note that the transfer will take between 24h and 48h to become effective, on working days, the time will be longer for non-working days and eves of non-working days, which will mean a delay in the shipment of the order. This will not be the case for account deposits. It is very important that you send us the proof of transfer or deposit by email (pedidos@tiendapadel5.com ) or by whatsApp (677 622 556). When we check that everything is correct we will start preparing the order.
Cash on delivery: if you select this payment method, the order will be shipped immediately. When the order arrives at your home, the carrier will ask you for this amount, so the total amount of the order will be paid upon delivery at your home. (This payment method has a surcharge of 5€).
Yes, we ship throughout Spain, including the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands.
Yes, we ship to Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Switzerland and Sweden. If you are interested in another country, you can check if we can ship your order via phone call or WhatsApp at +34 677 622 556.
Shipping costs for the peninsula are free for orders over 65€ and 6€ for orders under 65€.
Shipping costs for the Balearic Islands are free for orders over 150€ and 6€ for orders under 150€.
Shipping costs for the Canary Islands will be 6 euros.

Once the payment of your order has been confirmed, by the selected method, the preparation of your order will begin.
When it is ready to be sent you will receive an email. And within 24 to 48 hours, Correos Express will deliver your order.
Customers will have a two-year after-sales warranty, from the date of issuance of the product’s purchase ticket, for the repair or replacement of defective products. We will manage the warranty with the brand itself.
All returns and exchanges are subject to shipping costs.
