Domestic Shipments (Spain)
- Iberian Peninsula:
- Delivery: 1 to 2 working days.
- Cost: Free shipping for orders over 50 €. For smaller orders, the cost is 5 €.
- Balearic Islands:
- Delivery: May vary depending on destination.
- Cost: Approximately 12€, depending on the volume and weight of the order.
- Canary Islands (it is necessary to indicate the DNI):
- Delivery: Weekly departures on business Thursdays and transit 5 to 10 business days.
- Cost: Major Islands 15€ and Minor Islands 20€, depending on the volume and weight of the order.
- Ceuta and Melilla: We currently do not ship to these destinations.
Important Information on Bulky Shipments Outside Spain
- In some cases, if the customer orders bulky products such as pallet racks and ball crates, the shipping cost could increase. This also applies if orders are placed for many small products, which although light, could result in a very bulky and heavy package. In these cases, we will contact the customer to adjust the shipping cost accordingly.

International Shipping Policy
Withdrawal at customs and abandonment of the order
Once the order has left our warehouse and arrived at the customs of the destination country, it is not possible to request its return to Padel5.
From that moment on, the management, clearance and removal of the shipment from customs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If, after the arrival of the order at customs, the customer decides not to pick it up or requests its cancellation, the shipment will be considered as customs abandonment.
In this case, the order cannot be recovered and no refund will be made, neither of the product nor of the associated costs.
2. Non-refundable shipping costs
The shipping costs paid by the customer, as shown in the checkout process on our website, are not refundable under any circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to, cases in which the order is abandoned at customs, not picked up at destination or not delivered for reasons beyond Padel5’s control.
3. Shipping costs, customs duties and taxes
The shipping costs paid through our website cover exclusively the transport of the order from our warehouse to the destination country.
Any duties, taxes, VAT or other customs charges that may be incurred when crossing borders will be determined and levied by the customs office of the destination country, in accordance with its local regulations.
Padel5 has no control or visibility in advance over such amounts, so it is not possible to know them in advance or assume them on behalf of the customer.
Payment of these charges will always be the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Damaged packages
In the event that the order is delivered with visible damage, the customer must communicate the incident within the deadlines established by the transport company.
In order to initiate the corresponding claim, it will be essential to provide clear photographs of the damage, as well as of the original transport box, in which the shipping label can be correctly seen.
The time limits for initiating a claim for damages are as follows:
– UPS, DHL and Fedex: up to 15 calendar days from receipt of package.
Once the claim has been initiated, the resolution process may take up to 30 calendar days, depending on the times established by the transportation company.
5. Lost packages
In case of loss of the package during transport, the customer must notify the incident within the established deadlines in order to initiate the corresponding claim.
The applicable deadlines are:
– UPS, DHL and Fedex: up to 15 calendar days from the estimated delivery date.
The maximum time limit for resolving a claim for loss is up to 20 calendar days, in accordance with the procedures of the transportation company.
6. Cancellation of orders
It will not be possible to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse.
In these cases, no refund will be made, regardless of the destination of the shipment, its customs clearance or the final result of the delivery.
7. Acceptance of international shipping policy
By making a purchase on Padel5 that involves an international shipment, the customer declares to have read, understood and expressly accepted this International Shipping Policy.
Likewise, the customer accepts the conditions relating to shipping costs, customs clearance, possible duties and taxes, as well as the limitations of cancellation and refund described herein, exempting Padel5 from any liability arising from failure to withdraw the order, abandonment in customs or customs charges imposed by the destination country.
