Returns
At Padel5, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return a product, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to do so, without justification.
- General conditions: Products must be unused, in perfect condition, with their original seal and labels intact.
- Shipping cost: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the customer has received an incorrect or defective product. In these cases, we assume the return shipping costs.
- Refund: Once we receive and approve the condition of the returned product, we will refund the amount of the product (excluding the original shipping cost) within 14 business days, using the same payment method of the original purchase. If the product delivered was incorrect or defective, the original shipping cost will also be refunded.
- Cash on delivery: If you paid cash on delivery, you will need to provide us with a payment method for the refund.
- Items excluded for hygiene reasons: For hygiene reasons, some products such as underwear, hats, wristbands or incomplete products such as spray cans cannot be returned.
- Gifts: If you received gifts with your purchase, they must also be returned along with the main product.
Size Changes (Valid only for Spain – Iberian Peninsula and Portugal – Except Madeira and Azores):
We know how important it is to find the right size, that’s why we offer a free size exchange on your first order.
- Cost of exchange: The first size exchange is free of charge. From the second exchange, the customer will have to pay 10€ for pick up and return shipping.
- Items excluded for hygiene reasons: Certain items such as underwear, hats and wristbands cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
- Gifts: In the case of size exchanges, it is not necessary to return gifts received with the purchase.
Under the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, 2007, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the consumer is entitled to a refund within 14 calendar days without the need for justification.
The return period shall expire 14 calendar days from the day of acquisition of the goods, as applicable, from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods, or from the last of such goods acquired or from the last of the parts of the same goods acquired for the same order.
To do so, you may use this sample return form, although its use is not mandatory. The user also has the option to electronically complete and send the return form model or any other unequivocal statement through the website https://tiendaPadel5.com. With this option, the consumer will receive without delay on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) an acknowledgement of receipt of the return. In order to comply with the return deadline, it is sufficient that the communication is sent by the consumer before the expiry of the relevant deadline. If the above conditions are met, I will refund any payment received, without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 calendar days from the date on which the consumer’s wish to make the return was received. This refund will be made using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise and provided that you do not incur any charges as a result of the refund.
Contracts mentioned in article 103 of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, 2007, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
